The interior is made from stainless steel too, from the five burners to the 7 staggered sear plates. That means more surface area for grease vaporization adding more flavor to your food. They are also easy to clean and there is nowhere for gunk to build up. The Stainless Steel WAVE™ Rod Cooking Grids retain heat for long periods of time providing even heating while grilling, as well as our iconic sear marks. Over time they will naturally patina, creating a protective coating. This prevents corosion and creates a partially nonstick surface for your food, although it needs a little help.  With the many ways to cook, a free rotisserie kit, and the durability of construction, how could the Prestige P500RB-SS-1 get any better?
