Roast food with ease and bake anything from chicken to a cake. This can save you energy on your cooling bill in the summer. Use your P500-K-1 Gas Grill to do all of the cooking instead of the oven. Turn your gas grill into a smoker with the Napoleon Smoker Tube. Fill the tube with soaked wood chips and place it over a lit burner to create smoked food perfection.  The P500-K-1 Gas Grill by Napoleon is built to last. Both the black enamel and galvaneneal body and the stainless steel body resists rust and other corrosion. The body of this grill isn’t the only part that will stand the test of time. The Stainless Steel WAVE™ Rod Cooking Grids retain heat for long periods of time providing even heating while grilling, as well as our iconic sear marks. Over time they will naturally patina, creating a protective coating. This prevents corosion and creates a partially nonstick surface for your food, although it needs a little help.  If the durable body and stainless steel cooking grids weren’t enough, the Prestige® P500-K-1 Gas Grill has staggered sear plates made from premium stainless steel as well. This unique design presents increased surface area for grease to vaporize for increased flavor.
