Do you ship outside of Canada?
As eager as we are to help customers find all of their pool needs, we do not ship outside of Canada at the moment. How is my order being shipped?
We ship most orders through Canada Post. You can track your package online at www.canadapost.ca. There are instances when we must use a transport trucking company to ship your oversized order. Certain oversize fees may apply as well as tailgate fees for all residential deliveries. How much does it cost to ship an order?
We are proud to say we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $200 within Canada. If your order is under this amount, we offer a FLAT RATE fee of $9.95 within Ontario and $19.95 outside of Ontario. How long will my order take to ship?
Canada Post Standard shipping can take up to five (5) to seven (7) business days on most orders. If your order does require ground freight by transport truck this may take up to seven (7) to ten (10) business days. We do offer Canada Post Xpress shipping on almost all products, for an extra fee! This will ensure your order arrives promptly between two (2) to three (3) business days. There will be times when we do not have a product in stock – this will extend the period of shipping timedepending on the product itself. Why does my order not qualify for FREE shipping?

How do I return a product?
In the case that you need to return a product(s), we make the process easy and simple! Call us at 1-855-394-POOL (7665) or send us an e-mail at email@example.com. Please make sure to keep your original receipt, as we cannot offer you your money back or exchange without one.
